This was my first time going for a massage so I was a little nervous and wasn’t sure if l’d enjoy it and on top of that I was 37 weeks pregnant! I’m happy to say that it was an amazing experience, the room and environment was very calming and relaxing, we had time to discuss my concerns before doing the actual massage. During the massage she did a good job explaining what she was doing and always making sure l was comfortable. I felt amazing afterwards, highly recommend for anyone looking for a prenatal massage!.

Excellent massage therapy. Rieko is very kind, courteous and most of all listens. She starts by assessing your pain areas and range of motion. She then devises a plan to treat your body combining many different techniques. I would typically need to see several different therapists, but Rieko is all of them rolled up into one. She is a true professional and just outstanding..

I have been going to Rieko for over two years with problems ranging from plantar fasciitis to back pain. She is amazing at identifying the root of the problem instead of just focusing on where the pain is. Additionally, she shows genuine care for the health and well-being of her clients. Rieko is by far the best massage therapist I’ve had the pleasure to work on me. I came to her with all sorts of back, hip flexor and sciatica problems. She gradually and methodically worked me back into feeling no pain. I have continued to see her once a month in order to ensure those problems don’t resurface. Rieko is extremely knowledgeable of the body’s anatomy and masters a wide range of therapy techniques. She is truly gifted in being able to determine which technique within her vast arsenal is best to use in the different parts of the body based what is needed at the time. I will forever be most appreciative of what she continues to do for me.

Wonderful session yesterday. Every session is different, because you are different every time you come in. No worries, because Rieko listens to you and your body and adjusts her techniques to suit what your body needs. Truly amazing that she can understand what my body is saying even though it’s my body. I’ve had a whiplash from a fall a couple of months ago and, among other things, my doctor recommended I see a massage therapist. Reiko was recommended by my strength trainer. She knows what she’s doing! She listens, questions and listens some more, then goes to work. She explains what she’s doing and why. I felt relief 2 days after my first session. I’m so happy I found her!!.
